Specialists of the Center for Advanced Technologies conducted an educational and geophysical practice for students of the National University of Uzbekistan

The Center for Advanced Technologies and the National University of Uzbekistan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and partnership in the field of joint scientific and production, research,
educational and methodological activities.

In accordance with the Memorandum, an agreement was concluded with the National University of Uzbekistan on the use of the complex of geophysical equipment of the “Center for Advanced Technologies” at the Aksak-ata test site, in order to conduct training and geophysical practice for 166 2nd year bachelors of the faculty of “GEOLOGY AND GEOINFORMATION SYSTEMS” of NUUz.

Employees of the laboratory “Geophysics and Nanomineralogy” of the Center for Advanced Technologies Zakirov Azamat, Musaev Ulugbek, Yanbukhtin Ilyas and Ilkhom Alimukhamedov shared their knowledge and experience with NUUz students.

The territory of Aksak-ata is an excellent testing ground for studying the main types of rocks, tectonic structures, geological events and processes, various types of minerals. The students consolidated the theoretical material, learned how to work with modern geophysical equipment.
